Open voluntary and involuntary liens, along with associated instruments filed on the subject property within the last 30 years.
Ten-year search of owner names for unreleased state and federal tax liens, child support liens, and abstracts of judgments in the county searched.
Five-year search for pending bankruptcies filed in the state where the property is located.
Five-year search for pending civil cases that may affect the subject property; only a docket sheet will be provided. If records are not able to be searched, this will be noted.
Search of probate and divorce records; only a docket sheet will be provided. If records are not able to be searched, this will be noted.
