Update from the certification date of a prior REIS report through the current certification date. Available if prior search was completed within the last year.

This update provides any documents filed since the certification date of a previous REIS report.

This report includes:

  • A document listing of anything filed on the subject property from the certification date of the last report forward.
  • A listing of any state and federal tax liens, child support liens, or abstracts of judgments—and their releases—filed from the prior certification date forward.
  • A search for bankruptcies filed in the state where the property is located from the last report’s certification date forward.
  • A search for probates, divorces, and civil cases that may affect the subject property filed from the prior certification date forward, when possible. If available, only a docket sheet will be provided.
  • Report is delivered as a single PDF with hyperlinked document copies.

Turnaround time: Completed within 4–5 business days.
