Legal description searched, taken from what is filed of record.
Listing of deeds from the current certification date back the requested number of years.
Search of probate and divorce records as needed to complete the deed chain of title, if and when possible. If available, only a docket sheet will be provided. If records are not able to be searched, this will be noted.
Report is delivered as a single PDF with hyperlinked document copies.
